Cod fish is a deep, cold water fish that is mild flavoured and has a moist, flaky white flesh. A versitile fish, cod can be prepared in many different ways to suit all tastes. Cod fish is a healthy choice of protein. It is low in calories and fat, and provides the extra benefit of omega 3 fatty acids which is good for the heart, skin, cholesterol and even mood!
